If you have never before set up a user account on POL, you must do so before accessing POL's personalized areas. This is something you can easily do yourself. Simply enter your Parker ID (PID) and Employee Self-Service PIN at the logon prompt, then follow the steps suggested. If you have not received a PIN from your Human Resources department, you may call 1-888-795-4357 or send an e-mail to Data_Center_Support@parker.com for assistance.
